Creative Writing Workshop

Feel you have a story to tell, a poem to share? Do you love writing in English? Would you like a chance to improve your artistic skills and your knowledge of the English language?
White City Wordsmiths is starting up again!
We are looking for talented young writers to participate in this year's creative writing workshop!
The participants will have the opportunity to be published in our annual anthology and present their works at the promotional book reading, once the workshop is completed.
Short stories and poetry are the primary focus of this workshop, but all shorter literary forms will be welcome as well.
be between 18 and 35 years old.
feel confident writing and communicating in English.
be able to submit complete works written in English for the workshop sessions.
be willing to both give and receive constructive feedback.
be open to improving their literary and linguistic skills through dedicated individual work and cooperation with other participants.
regularly come to scheduled sessions and actively participate in the workshop and other related activities.
The workshop will start the second week of November and sessions will be held every other week; the exact time and place of the meetings will be set once the group is formed.
If you want to participate:
Send a sample of your writing you feel is a good representation of your work (poem, short story, flash fiction, excerpt from a longer piece...) to firstname.lastname@example.org with the email subject “Wordsmiths”.
Please provide your age and contact information.
The selected participants will be notified via email and invited to join our Facebook group where they will be able to find necessary information about the schedule, get acquainted with the program and more.
